Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial needs no card and no payment details. Open the app and it starts.
What happens after 30 days?
The app shows a reminder with the price. To keep using it, request your subscription and we’ll send an invoice for $49/month per machine. Nothing is ever charged automatically, because we never took a card.
What counts as a machine?
One pick-and-place machine. Every operator, programmer and lead who works on that machine can use the app on as many phones and PCs as they like.
We run more than one brand.
Each machine is set up separately inside the app, with its own nozzle and feeder setup sheet. Price is per machine.
Where is our data kept?
On your phones and PCs. Photos are read on the phone and not uploaded. You share with the team by passing a team file.
Is this made by our machine’s maker?
No. PnP Toolkit is independent third-party software, not affiliated with or endorsed by any machine maker.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time. There is no contract and nothing to cancel during the trial.
